At Who’s Got The Blues?®, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms, which set clear expectations for both parties.
1. General
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Occasionally, discrepancies may occur, and we may be unable to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will:

Contact you regarding whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are collected with your purchase and represent the final shipping cost to you, the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once received and approved, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.

Customers pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed if the claim is valid.

Claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

If approved, you may choose from:
(a) refund to original payment method,
(b) refund as store credit, or
(c) replacement item (if available).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
4.2 International Transit Times
International orders typically arrive within 4–22 business days, depending on selected courier. Specific estimates are shown at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).
4.4 Delivery Address Changes
We can update addresses before dispatch only.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Available through postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses via USPS only.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
In-stock items will ship immediately. Backordered items will ship once available.
4.8 Delivery Days
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please reject delivery if possible and notify us.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated during checkout on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes are pre-paid—meaning no additional fees are due upon arrival.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the claim.
9.2 Lost Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier deems the parcel is lost.
