Return and Refund Policy

Something's just not right? Reach out to let us know! Unfortunately, we're unable to provide refunds on the basis of buyer's remorse. Otherwise, we'll gladly work with you to try to come up with a solution to your dilemma.

Here at Who's Got The Blues?, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns based on buyer's remorse. However, we will happily accept returns as long as a request to return the merchandise is received and approved by us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and customer will be required to make shipping arrangements to return the item(s) to us. Once  the item(s) have been received and accepted, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We will notify you by email once this has been completed. (We) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Once you have received your order, please carefully inspect the order and contact us immediately at contactus@whosgottheblues.us or on our Contact Us page if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and address your concerns.


Sale Items


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Sale items are offered at discounted prices and sold as-is, often with limited availability.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased to prevent potential fraud and misuse.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 (ten) business days. Please remember that the timeframe for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund is subject to their procedures and practices.
